I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Durham, North Carolina. I COMPLETED MY GRADUATE TRAINING, CLINICAL INTERNSHIP AND POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP through DUKE UNIVERSITY HEALTH SYSTEM.
I SPECIALIZE IN WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS WHO STRUGGLE WITH DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, AND TRAUMA. I use cognitive behavioral therapies to help patients to quickly find relief from suffering and build a life worth living.
i also specialize in working with families and loved ones of folks who struggle with emotions. I teach skills to improve functioning, communication, intimacy, and setting boundaries.
Outside of work, you can usually find me hanging out with my two adorable pups or traveling as much as humanly possible.
